This document is applicable to relevant supervisory departments, financial (leasing) companies, related financial service platforms, and other institutions engaged in green financial leasing business within this city. It applies to the identification of green financial leasing projects conducted or planned by financial (leasing) companies. The identification of green operational leasing projects can be carried out with reference to this document.
