Abstract
This document establishes the methods and requirements for evaluating the carbon footprint of microcomputer products. It includes specifications for product description, scope determination, data collection, impact assessment, interpretation of product carbon footprint, and communication of product carbon footprint.
This standard is applicable to the carbon footprint evaluation of various types of microcomputer products, including desktop and portable microcomputers, as well as other similar computer products.
