Abstract
This document serves as the Carbon Footprint Product Category Rules (CFP-PCR) for carbonated beverage products, providing methods and requirements for evaluating the carbon footprint of such products. It includes requirements related to product description, scope determination, data collection, allocation, impact assessment, interpretation of product carbon footprint, and communication of product carbon footprint.
This standard is applicable to the carbon footprint evaluation of various types of carbonated beverages, including fruit juice-based carbonated beverages, flavored carbonated beverages, cola-based carbonated beverages, and other types of carbonated beverages (such as soda water, salted soda water, ginger soda, cream soda, etc.). Its purpose is to ensure that the evaluation of carbonated beverage products' carbon footprint is conducted in accordance with the specified methods and requirements.
